Foxtrot House is located in Mill Village, which is the first part of the prestigious Lower Mill Estate and is easily accessed from the M4 and M5 (just 11 miles from junction 15 of the M4).
The nearest railway station is Kemble, which is 3 miles away and runs frequent services to Swindon, Gloucester and Cheltenham, as well as London Paddington.

Following sat nav to GL7 6BG, you will pass Keynes Country Park (on your right, and the entrance to Somerford Keynes Village – Spratsgate Lane). About a ¼ mile from here, turn left between two adjacent Cotswold stone pillars, marked ‘Lower Mill Estate’ – this is Mill Lane.

Entrance to the Estate is via the main gate and you have been given the access code as part of the welcome email.
Parking
There is one designated parking space for Foxtrot House, directly outside the property (no. 44) with an entrance to Foxtrot House in front of the parking space, to the left. Please only park in the designated space. Additional parking for extra vehicles is located in the overflow car park, adjacent to the recycling centre, towards the pool and tennis court.
